In my opinion, the best role-playing game series to ever be created, which I still play to this day, info can be found on it hereThe basic idea is you start the game as the lead character (most obviously.) differently depending on which you play. For example, Final Fantasy VII, you start as what is known as an Ex-SOLDIER (the term is explained later in the game, and yes it's supposed to be in caps.) named Cloud which starts off as just merely sabotaging the big bad industry's reactors, etc. Later develops into a fight for the planet. They all follow a similiar scheme, but the storylines, cinematic scenes, and gameplay never cease to amaze. My favorite of the series is FFVII. ^^

lol everyone's favorite is 7 I'm feeling either 9 or ten nt to sure. Yeah, people tend to like 7 the best. The graphics are considered cheesey now though, with their hands looking all blocky and stuff. I also consider 10 right up there, if not tied with 7 as favorite. Depends on my mood really. But the materia and sphere grid systems = pwnage.

Yeah. ^^ Especially when Cloud starts doing the squats in front of Sephiroth in VII. "They gave me some new materia. I can't wait to use." That is so funny to laugh at. >.o; Or the priceless look on Tidus' face in the opening sequence of X. The one thing I will always be amused by though, is IX's scene with Vivi and Zidane talking. They go off screen, and word bubbles appear that says: <tinkle tinkle> lmfao.

Oh yes, I've noticed PS2's can be quite glitchy with the PS1 FF's. I mean they can literally play like any game but those, it's weird. Mine wouldn't play V properly. I mean it would, but it'd glitch the save screen out. >.o;

Well, there be the explanation. I actually had trouble with a perfectly good copy of 7 once on a perfectly good PS1 and I could never figure out why. it always froze when you tried to go into the Northern Cave.

Well that sucks. It's probably cause your PS2 is like used to much.

Well, no. I meant back before PS2 was out. It was weird. I've noticed that the older ones glitch and have ridiculously long save/load times as well.
